27th SWRFA Conference | September 23rd - 27th, 2026

The Southwest Regional Folk Alliance (SWRFA) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to build and strengthen the community around folk music and songwriting. Each year, we present a networking conference in Austin, TX , with the the goal of connecting artists, presenters, radio DJs, and fans to the rich, living tradition of folk music in our region, which covers Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Mexico.

The SWRFA Conference is held annually at the Holiday Inn – Midtown in Austin, Texas. Conference Registration includes dinner Thursday-Saturday, lunch Friday-Saturday with a closing brunch on Sunday. Folk Alliance International members receive a discounted rate.
